What could be improved

We arrived by Ambulance at 3am 4 patients were queueing in the corridor for one hour before you could get into A&E. The ambulance crews were from Oxford, Bedford and Milton Keynes. The staff resources and facilities in A&E are inadequate. Priority seems to be moving patients on either by admission or sending them home even if this means readmission a few hours later!
