"One good experience and one really bad experience."

About: Charing Cross Hospital

What I liked

I was really sick with flu one and I was treated properly.

What could be improved

I had a knee injury and couldn't walk. I waited for an hour to be seen by a nurse for 10 minutes. After moving my injured legs in different directions she told me I had sprained my knee ligaments and that I should come in a week if I was feeling any pain (i.e. I wasted my time). After a week I had no pain so I returned to my normal routine, but my knee felt unstable. The reality was that I had completely torn my ACL.

Either the nurse wanted me to leave regardless of my condition or she had no idea what she was doing.

Anything else?

I was on holiday abroad when my knee starting to feel really unstable and I decided to go to the hospital and have it checked. I was immediately told to have an MRI which took 20 minutes and showed without doubht what the problem is. How difficult was that ?
