What I liked

I was most impressed with the speed and efficiency of the staff on my visit, which was straight from my doctor that same morning without an appointment. No sooner had I sat down to wait for an ECG, I was called and the whole test took about five minutes. All in all I was in and out of the hospital in about 20 minutes, an excellent service with friendly and courteous staff. Top marks to Mayday. I have heard of far worse service from people who have gone private to other hospitals and my visit was on the NHS. It would be a tragedy if this hospital were to close due to cuts in the NHS budget. It provides a vital and first class service to the people of the Croydon borough and surrounding districts.

My wife has an appointment next Tuesday in the dental department and hopefully all will go well and I will be able to provide further glowing feedback

What could be improved

Parking is usually a problem but in such a congested area, I guess there is little that can be done to extend that
