What I liked

I went to the treatment centre for a routine endoscope and as a young adult i was both excited and nervous about the proceedure. When i arrive i was greated by the nicest nurse i have ever met, directed to my bed and prepared for the nurse. The Doctor came over to me and talked me step by step throw my proceedure.

The highlight of my visit was the nurse that joked with me and made me feel so at ease following up to the proceedure that i was as calm as could be.

Throw the whole proceedure she was by my side talking me throw everything, and when the scan took a turn to the worse she calmed me down and still was focused souly on me and how she could help me during the proceedure. The nurse prepared me and made my day.

The next morning i got a call from the nurse who talked me throw the details of my scan and checked up on me just to make sure everything was fine.

I can honestly say that this department at King Georges was the best hospital experience i have ever had and i wanted to leave this feedback to show how this hospital and their nurses are undervalued and sometimes critised where i see no faults at all.
