What I liked

I was very impressed in how quickly we were seen with our daughter, who was experiencing breathing difficulties. The staff involved were all very helpful and friendly, putting myself and my daughter at ease.

What could be improved

We were told to go through to see someone in the other room, but there was nobody there when we got in. Some of it was confusion by my part, but it took 10 mins for someone to find us and we were told they had been waiting for us, and to go back to the desk!! Just needs to be clearer information given.
