About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

What I liked

The nursing staff, very helpful, caring and supportive.

What could be improved

Communication from doctors.

We were told a manager would come down to speak to patients who had been waiting a long time, but this did not happen, instead the nurses were left to sort with limited options available to them.

Anything else?

Why has the hospital removed the hot drink machine by the reception waiting room?

It is too far to walk to the coffee shops.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It was pleasing to see your comments about the nursing staff but I was concerned to read your comment about the communication issue. I have asked the manager responsible for the service to discuss your concerns with the team and to establish why the drinks machine was removed.
