What I liked

I was seen within 10 minutes of the appointment time

What could be improved

The directions for where the appointment was to be held could have been clearer.

But more importantly some respect should have been shown to the patient. Patients are human beings not cattle,

I have only decided to post this as I have decided I will not continue with treatment by this hospital's specialists. People with skin conditions are very concious of how they look, so I take great offence when the specialist pulls back my underwear to look at my backside without asking permission. It shows a complete lack of respect and disregard for the my feelings.
