What could be improved

Disgusted by the behaviour and customer services of the receptionist who was busy discussion a wedding on the phone rather than attending to the long queue of patients. Waited 3 hours to be seen by a nurse who dismissed my bronchitis as hay fever and sent me off. Ridiculous! I have now been treated fro bronchitis and undergoing surgery to drain acute sinusitis, all of which she dismissed and told me to have some anti allergy and get over it!
