"Bad experience"

About: Newcastle Dental Hospital

What I liked

The friendly nurse who started to work with me before moving departments. He always seemed happy enough to stop what he was doing at any point in the procedure.

What could be improved

I came in with a referral from my regular dentist and was given no option to which procedure I would like to have done, she wasn't very helpful and with me being anxious enough with the long wait beforehand it didn't help whatsoever. i came out of the hospital in more pain than what I went in with. She didn't seem to care if I was in pain during the procedures either.
