What I liked
My daughter had a facial injury. We attended the MIU and after assessment were referred to the Maxillo Facial Dept who fitted her in despite there being a clinic. She was seen promptly by friendly and professional staff and sent for X Ray. The whole process was carried out efficiently and professionally. Both the nursing staff and doctor were kind, efficient and explained everything clearly to her . They were all a credit to the hospital and showed the NHS at its best.
What could be improved
