What I liked

Treated with great care and professionalism during my 2 visits to the Endoscopy department. Everything was thoroughly explained before it was done and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions if anything was unclear. The staff are clearly very experienced and are a credit to the hospital in general. The procedures were both painless, no doubt due to the experience of the people carrying them out.

I would have no hesitation of visiting again if the need arises.

What could be improved

The only improvements needed should be addressed by the opening of the new endoscopy department in the summer of 2012.
