absolutely nothing!

What could be improved

listening to the patient rather than fobbing them off!! just because you have degrees etc doesnt mean you know whats going on when your clearly getting it wrong!

Anything else?

i would recomend you bring up my notes with my full permission and see how many times i was paid the hospital a visit.

Without more information we cannot look at your notes and address the issues that you have outlined.

This would allow us to offer you a meeting to discuss the issues raised which will help us improve our service.
