What I liked

I arrived at the hospital with an injury to my heel and in a great deal of pain. I was dealt with within minutes by the Sister on duty and her assistant. I was constantly informed of the relevant procedures that were being carried out. I was also given excellent advice and instructions when leaving the hospital.

I was more than happy to return to the hospital forty eight hours later to have my wound and dressing checked despite the fifty mile round trip.

On my return visit I received excellent treatment once again.

I would have liked to specifically mention the staff members as I would like them to be aware how grateful I was for the way I was treated, but unfortunately this is not allowed on this site.
