What I liked

Nothing, rude staff who are just not interested. Gave me dirty looks for asking questions.

What could be improved

Everything. Talk to relatives and talk to patients.

Patients Charter does not exist in this hospital.

Even know where the patients are and send for medical notes so that patients can have their pain relief and treatment quickly.

Anything else?

Treated appallingly. No medication apart from paracetamol for a fractured hip for 3 days. Hauled on and off a comode in agony, nurses said it was ok to scream out in pain!

Refused to send porters to get the medical records so pain relief could be given and then the Operation could be performed.

Worst treatment of a human being ever - staff need training.
