What I liked
All staff of A & E , the Stroke Service Nurse, Specialist Nurse, Doctor and Consultant..
The speed I was attended to.
How careful all were in respect of my personal privacy - which, incidentally, did not bother me, but I know some people are very private and this was catered for so well. Even to the Stroke Service Nurse who held the tags of my overall close whilst my walking was assessed.
The explanation of why I was kept 'on a slow burner', due to my distinct recovery as a result of urgent medication which was very effective.
How everyone was so kind, including porters and ancillary staff throughout - and the Broad Oak staff too of course
What could be improved
Absolutely nothing at all.
Anything else?
I'd like to say I enjoyed the experience - but not what led me to experience it in the first place!!
