What I liked
When my Mum was rushed in as a result of an illness that affected my health (I have Motor Neurone Disease) all the staff were fantastic. A special mention has to go to two staff on the Acute Assessment Unit for the way they looked after Mum when she bacame very distressed and all the staff on Clementine B ward. Would love to be able to pass on my thanks personally to these two but it wasn't meant to be. Also the ward staff were brilliant and gave Mum the best possible care.
What could be improved
The food could definitely be improved but this in no way reflects on the excellent care my Mum received.
