"Appointment times are a joke!!!"

What I liked

Absolutely fuming, got treated awfully!! Had appointment at 10am didn't get seen until 10.55 then to be told they don't really know what to do with me and put me in for another appointment after I've seen someone else, surely they originally could have put my appointment after my other consultation?! To make matters worse the parking charge is extortionate at £2.60 because I went over the £1.30 hour by 10 minutes!!!! I don't think they think people work/have a life and like to spend an hour of there morning off in a hot stuffy waiting room watching reruns of adverts about the best car seat to buy!!!!

What could be improved

Time-management, communication between different departments, heating of the waiting room, communication to how long waiting times are.

We apologise for this apparently poor experience and would be pleased to investigate if the patient would like to contact us directly. With regard to parking charges, these are regularly reviewed and are comparable to other NHS facilities in the area.
