What I liked

the staff were all very busy so delays did not appear to be caused by any slackness on the staffs part.

What could be improved

how when having the first appt of the day can the department be running an hour behind on 2 ooccasions? are the staff not coming in on time?have waited 3 hours on every occasion in the dept for something very simple...the nurses just seem to be runarounds whereas it would be nice to have a speciality nurse that could answer the questions and do basic observations.Its always such a relief to get out of there!

Anything else?

It seems someone needs to lead this dept and its team ,but it would appear this does not happen
