What I liked

I went with my wife to have her pacemaker checked this was done efficiently and fast.

What could be improved

The reception was a pocky little hole in the wall. Could do with improveing

Thank you for your comments, I am pleased to read that your appointment went well. With regards to the reception, the layout of whole of the main Outpatient Department at Salford Royal will be changing in the Autumn and Cardiorepiratory Investigations will be moving to another part of the department as part of this which will lead to the improvements you have suggested.
