Adherence to appointment time and speed of treatment

Waiting area was overcrowded and stuffy. Chairs were uncomfortable.

Anything else?

Could have done with more information as to when I will receive feedback. I either have scar tissue or my cancer has returned - I am keen to know which is the case!

We apologise sincerely that you felt all of your concerns were not addressed at the time of your appointment. This is clearly important and should it be an issue in future contact with the hospital then please ask to speak with the nurse in charge of the department so you can be clear about your treatment plan.

With reference to the environment being overcrowded and stuffy. Unfortunately the clinic has grown over the years and is struggling to keep up with demand.
