What I liked

I visited the Emergency Department,late on the 10th June 2012 with a severe headache the triage times was six hour waits, the ED Staff Nurse saw me withing two. I was takern into a room a my observations was takern. I could see the ED was very busy at this time but the staff ensured they remained happy and professional and upbeat.I was takern to the Medical assment unit and was greated by a very chirpy staff nurse who took my blood pressure ran through some nessary paper work needed and then got me some pain relif.All the staff on MAU could not do enough to make sure my time on there Unit was spent comfotable,warm and pain free. This Unit made me feel asif my own family was looking after me as they was all very warm and welcoming.

I would like to give a massive thank you to all staff in the Emergency Department and Medical Assment Unit you are all fantastic at what you do and I am so lucky that I had such lovley people looking after me.
