What I liked

I started in a and e then moved to cley ward for treatment. Every member of staff I met were fantastic. Doctors, Nurses, nursing assistants, cleaners, food deliverers, porters and anethatists. all the staff were fabulous

What could be improved

My discharge wasnt fab. Rush to get me out of ward to go home. First district nurses note wasnt given so had to wait for that then got home and spoke to my doctors who told me they should have given me a sick certificate aswell so then had to sort that out aswell.
