An emergency incident was the reason that I ended for a day in the Bronglais unit in June.
The response from the doctor, nurses and staff was indeed impressive. Considering my experience of some years ago I wonder if it has been some improvement in the service or just a lucky occasion.
I also needed some help from the receptionist last night, although it was not an emergency case it was treated as one with utmost care and concern. I hope this attitude is shared through Hywel Dda.
