(as the patient),

It was a wonderful experience from my arrival until I left.

They were a little late taking me at my appointment time due to a computer problem.

The rest of the afternoon was a breeze as the various tests were done.

Then finally I had a long conversation with the consultant who explained every detail of the proposed operation. And then he listened to all I had to say and eased any fears that I had.
