"didn’t feel rushed with Dr"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

(as the patient),

I would like to emphasise that I was given enough time and didn’t feel rushed with Dr Frow, for her to explain the condition and for me to ask questions.

The procedure that was carried out by Dr Barker was done sympathetically and the nurse explained the follow up very clearly.

It was also helpful to have some written information to take home for reference.
