"fantastic care"

About: Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I was admitted to hospital with chest pain via my GP, The transition through A&E was very quick, the hospital had been pre warned and were expecting me and they had made provision for me to be transferred straight through to AMU. On arrival to AMU I was promptly assessed although the ward was extremly busy, the nurse then took me around to my bed and made me comfortable giving me a jug of water and introducing me to the nurse that would be looking after me. At all times I felt well informed, had my dignity and respect maintained and was treated with total professionalism throughout my stay. the ward was very clean and the staff were friendly and very approachable. Thank you to every member of staff that looked after me, you should all be very proud of the fantastic care you provide.
