"Fantastic but they keep getting my name wrong"

About: East Surrey Hospital East Surrey Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I received treatment at the East Surrey Hospital in Redhill in April 2012, I was treated by dr Loosemore. Everything in respect of the treatment was fantastic but despite correcting this several times each time they write to me they get my name incorrect.

Please do correct this!
