(as the patient),

Very knowledgeable staff and very good at explaining about what is going to happen and giving me time to discuss my care and symptoms.

I waited about 10 days for my appointment from the time I was contacted by sentinel and about 6-8 weeks from the time my doctor sent the referral.

I think this was fast and goes to show waiting lists are being reduced. Many thanks: -)
