"Helpful, kind & courteous staff"

I attended Woolfall Health Surgery with my mother for her to have blood tests. The staff at the surgery were very helpful, kind and courteous towards my mother who is 83.

In particular the nurse who took the blood, Nurse Candice O'Sullivan, was particularly kind to my mother, ensuring she remained completely relaxed during the procedure. My mother has been registered with this surgery for many years and has witnessed all the changes that have taken place over the decades.

One cannot help but be impressed by the building (always extremely clean), the services offered, and the high level of care shown to those patients attending. My mother's doctor is Dr Veermer, and he is one of the best!
