(as the patient),

I self referred for a chest x-ray on on day at the end of July at 2. 00pm. After having my chest x-ray dealt with in an efficient and timely manner by profession staff, I left and went home. At 3. 30pm I was contacted by the CT scanning department at LGI advising I needed a CT scan and this was arranged for the next day at 945am.

I was advised my GP had received the result of my chest x-ray the same afternoon by fax. On Thursday I rang the CT scanning department and was dealt with in a sympathetic and soothing manner by a member of staff named Angela. Angela eleviated my fears and was a great comfort to me when I was so distressed.

My thanks to Seacroft Hospital who do a great job servicing the community in East Leeds and to Angela and the staff at CT scanning LGI.
