"Grateful for my care on ward 4"

Admitted at 1200, prepared for operation, operation carried out without delay stayed overnight and released at 1200.

I have been lucky enough to have lived to 67 without ever having to spend time in hospital as an inpatient and was somewhat apprehensive.

From entering the hospital to leaving I was treated in the most professional and friendly manner by all staff including cleaners and catering staff and am most grateful to you all. Any questions I asked were answered immediately answered and my every need was catered for.

The operation although soon after the event would appear to be a success so before too long as shall be mobile again.
