"Park House medical centre is excellent"

Everything about park house medical centre is and always has been excellent. My only problem is with the music, which is constantly piper all over the building. It is especially unpleasant in the blood clinics where it seems to be louder, and bring on the headache, which is never very far away when you are fasting before a blood test. People used to talk to each other in waiting rooms, now it is not really possible to converse, and to add insult to injury it was the same tape I had to suffer three months previously.

We were very pleased to received such kind comments which have been passed on to the staff.

We have also passed on your comments about the music and we are sorry that you find it too loud and repetitive. The music is provided by the staff who bring in various CD's. The staff have been asked to try to change the CD's more often in order to provide a balanced mix of music. They will also ensure that the volume is pitched at an acceptable level in keeping with 'background music'.
