Since CRI have taken over, the respect you get and sympathy or empathy to clients is ridiculous.

Its totally stupid- I feel like we have regressed into the victorian age again. If you are on deaths door and, say hypothetically, got pneumonia in both lungs- bronchile phenumonia and Impetigo- then you are ill and, for example, on antirectorial hepatitus and genuinally are sick.

Your circumstances are, you buried your dad one week ago and have been getting death threats against my life over the past week, flat smashed up by local thug, and still have to come and collect my script.

My previous key workers arranged, for when my treatment was sorted my scripts could be delivered and even get my script delivered.

Hi Jinx110,

It sounds as if things are tough at the moment and it may be that this is the perfect time to use the wide range of health and well being support available in Ashley House. It is our intention that everyone has a recovery plan that respects there personal circumstances and goals.

Arrangements in regards to prescription collection are made on an individual basis and and aim to reflect the persons needs balanced with the need for due regard to clinical guidelines and best practice. This can be discussed, agreed and reviewed as often as is necessary. If attending the service is difficult due to health constraints give us a call on 0151 422 1400 and we can agree a safe way forward.
