Overall the experience was quite pleasant. The receptionist at the Sentinel desk was pleasant and informative.

Despite a short wait of 15-20 minutes I found that acceptable.

The doctor and nurse were both very informative and pleasant and ensured that the operations were carried out in a less stressful environment.
