"Mayflower Ward"

I attended to have a mole removed.

My appointment was for 9am. I left home at 7am to get there on time (traffic) I prefer the park and ride for parking I had to pay full fare because I travelled before 9am.

I arrived on time.

I waited until 1pm and only after I enquired about the delay was I attended to.

I can't fault the clinical side of my experience the nurses, theatre staff and procedure was excellent.

Why could no one own up for the delay if I had been told it was unlikely I would be seen until 1pm I could have gone and had some breakfast and something to drink. I got home at 5pm some 10 hours after leaving the house.
