"Knee injury"

About: Cromer Hospital

I fell over and hurt my knee at the end of August, I went to a local pharmacist , who recommended tubi grip and pain relief, after a week or so it didn't seem to be getting better. So as not to waste the time of busy hospital staff, I rang to check whether I should go to see them. The telephone staff were extremely helpful and put me through to a practice nurse, who said yes I needed an to get it looked at. I arrived in the minors injury unit and was checked it by a very friendly receptionist, I'd taken a book as I expected to wait. I was seen after possibly 40 mins or so , I was then taken to the x-ray dept. After which I then had a short wait before the nurse, explained to me the results of my x-ray. Overall I would say that the staff where very kind and efficient and I had a very good experience.
