"Disgusting experience, never again"

I've been visiting this clinic for the past 9 years and I have never had a single problem with anything. It is now DAY 14 and I still have not received any results.

I have tried to contact 020 3317 5139 from the reviews below, but it switches to voicemail. I tried to call at different times morning and afternoon, but still no chance. I have sent emails but of course I was ignored (no shock).

I tried to phone 020 3317 5252 but no one is available to pick up the phone. I kept waiting in line for about 40 minutes straight.

Never never again, and also not to mention the rude and condescending doctor that I was seen by.

This sounds awful for you. Especially after nine years of visiting our service. I’d like to talk to you and make sure that you have now received your results and also discuss your experience with the doctor
