"What a lovely surgery"

I am not registered with this gp surgery i belong to another College Health run surgery at Commonwealth. That said i am now looking at changing here. I visited for a routine blood test as advised by my GP. The last few times i have visited my own surgery i have been meet with unconcerned receptionists, disorganisation and have left feeling let down by the service. However Tilbury Medical centre is another world. I was greeted by a lovely warm gentleman. As i sat waiting for my appointment i listened to how caring and kind he was to all the patients walking through the door.... this is so rare now it was lovely to witness. Then i was warmly welcomed by the phelbotamist. She was such a breath of fresh air. I advised her i was nervous and she spent time re assuring me and made me feel at ease. I didnt even feel her do it!!! The whole surgery was spotlessly clean and it was clear it was run completwly different to my own surgery.
