I went into hospital, ward c24 eye, ear, nose and throat for an operation. I was so worried and scared but the staff were amazing. The Anaesthetist was so kind she explained what would happen throughout the operation. Even from arriving at 7.30am in the morning the volunteer worker was lovely. The nurses were all great and the surgeon who introduced himself and told me what they would be doing. The hospital ward was clean and well looked after. I couldn’t say a negative comment as my whole experience with the staff made me feel at ease, from arrival to being discharged.
"Excellent and caring staff"
