"Such an improvement"

I have been a patient at the surgery for a number of years now , about a year ago I would’ve rated this practice as poor. However there seems to be a miraculous turnaround and I couldn’t ask for more efficient Professional and caring staff to cater for my health needs .

A massive well done to all the staff that pull together to make such a brilliant team , you seem to have pulled Royal Primary Care around this few months .

A special thanks to the reception staff as first port of call and the face of the practice I don’t feel that us as patients appreciate all the hard work you do and how hard it must be at times having to deal with all the problems you are faced with on a day - day basis.

I most certainly would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new GP practice .
