During a very difficult time when my husband was unable to get to the surgery a junior doctor made a home visit. Her bedside manner was so caring and she listened. Her thorough interview was discussed back at the surgery with our GP and she phoned us back as promised. We could not fault her.
The GP subsequently made a home visit and once again his caring attitude was really appreciated. He didn't rush us and was very supportive.
Everything that was promised was acted upon immediately. Very reassuring.
