"Totally unacceptable"

Since I have had my baby 17 months ago I have been having a lot of problems... I have seen 6 nurses and 4 doctors and they still can’t helping or supporting me to find out what is wrong...going round and round in circles, explaining my problems With someone new everytime and feeling like no where to go.... firstly receptionists think they are the doctors....... question me what’s wrong every time I ring then they decide whether I need medical help or not!!! reducing me to tears on a number of occasions through pure frustration! waiting for my appointments you can hear them gossiping about patience!!! (For example - They was shouting at me over the phone so I held it away from my face so I couldn’t hear it!) I went to collect my private referral and they also wanted to know everything about it before passing it over! Have been prescribed 3 different antibiotics This month alone with no question why or looking into my current problem...also costing me £27! No follow up appointments or calls for my results of blood tests, MRI, urine samples, ultra sound!!! Cancelling my appointment with a doctors I have had for 4 weeks and booking me in for a nurse? general no concern or care from the whole practices and leaving me no choice to seek help privately and hopefully moving surgery’s...
