"Can't get appointment to see doctor, fobbed off..."

Doctors surgery useless!

Rang yesterday couldn't get in rang back later in the day still couldn't get in

Rang today appt 850am

Seen by nurse gone 10 i asked to see the doctor NOT the nurse, im getting fobbed off to the nurse more and more lately and NOT getting to see the doctor because the receptionist knows best!! And the nurse can prescribe meds, well she may be a nurse but I specifically requested to see the doctor

Nurse poking about trying to get blood out of me she really hurt me, made a proper mess of my hand as she couldnt get it out of my arm she said you will have to go the hospital , I says I could have told you that!! Instead of wasting my time and hurting me like you have done.

And

Like telling me to fill in a slip to get a sick note and having to return 24 hours later to pick it up when I'm NOT well

Waited on some paperwork for hospital, saw the doctor, she said Margo why haven't I seen you for a long time, I said it's because your receptionists keep robbing me off to the nurse when I'm requesting to see you

I then went to hospital

Had ECG

Had Chest x-ray

Bloods by appt only I was told I could go straight up so it was a wasted journey got to go back again tomorrow!! As well as take a water sample first thing to doctors and pick the said sick note up!! So wrong information given by the nurse

Off to pharmacy

More antibiotics

And to top it off I put a repeat prescription in on Monday morning as soon as the surgery openedand still ain't processed it so back to pharmacy again tomorrow because my repeat had nog been done by the receptionist

still having on going medication for breast cancer and lots of medication for fibromyalgia,, waiting on some gaenocology biopsies, messing me about and not letting me se a doctor when i need too when I'm NOT well!!

As if I'm not stressed out enough
