Playroom specialist locks away toys and colouring so children can only play with baby toys or watch the tv. Even after taking care of your child the whole day the playroom leader expects you to tidy up after in the playroom. I understand a certain amount of picking up after your own children is just common courtesy but the vibe is uncomfortable. And snidey hints are made of you need to rush home with your sick child. Playroom leader is also practically non existent as she is never in the actual playroom. Ive gone out to the wards to look for her but still nowhere to be seen. It seems she’s getting paid to be unavailable? Only around to check that you’ve tidied so she doesn’t have to.
Doctors and consultants and nurses don’t communicate very well with each other so you get an unprepared person dealing with your child. Especially difficult if your child has special needs. There’s no consistency and misunderstandings plus mistakes are just common play.
The restaurant food is very poor quality, tasteless, stupidly overpriced and the portion size is not suitable for an average adult.
