"Registration takes more than a month"

About: Shakespeare Medical Practice

One of the worst NHS support. I have submitted the application to register for my family.

It's been over a month now and they are not able to complete the registration till date.

I have been following up for more than 5 times and they have not provided valid reason.

I am struggling to get appointment because of this.
