"Doctors are excellent, receptionists could be..."

Care and advice from treating staff is excellent and one GP is fantastic. Unfortunately reception staff on the phone are not always particularly helpful, speak as though you are wasting their time and seem unwilling to progress any issues raised with them. Have had problems with repeat prescription requests and changing pharmacy where reception ignored requests they thought they had already processed, resulting in running out of a regular medication. Doctors care is brilliant, just issues in between appointments that cause frustration.
