This practice needs a massive shake up. Patients are neglected, left without an appointment for weeks. You are almost permanently met with an engaged tone yet the surgery is empty

If you go in. As a working tax payer I want to see my GP not someone down the road or a phone call. I want a personal service when I am unwell not in two weeks time or pot luck daily jackpot. I have usually recovered before I strike lucky with the daily jackpot.

Come back a previous doctor at least he ran a decent surgery and you felt he cared about your wellbeing.

NO telephone privacy totally agree with the telephone manner of these staff, unprofessional gossip and totally lack customer service and care. Training me thinks!!! Pronto
