"Cant get a appointment"

This doctors surgery is getting worse everytime i go there , i cant get a appointment,when i do eventually get one i have to explain my condition to a different GP every time because the person i used to see has left, now they want me to have telephone appointments ,how can i have my blood pressure taken over the phone, i just hope i dont have a emergency, they are just so so unhelpful,this surgery has gone downhill.

They have started using the Triage system,it will not work.
