About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Endoscopy and day care

(as a service user),

I received great care from start to finish from all the staff in the Endoscopy unit, the unit was clean and the staff knowledgeable, I was made aware of any delays. A great service thank you

Thank you for providing feedback following your visit to the Endoscopy department.

We would like to apologise for any delays while attending the department. The unit can however be very busy and although we try to ensure lists run to time, on occasions delays can occur and this unfortunately cannot be prevented.

Your kind words about the care you received and the cleanliness of the unit are appreciated and will be shared with the team.

The delay was minimal and I was kept informed at all times, can’t fault anything about my care on the day
