"Very rude staff"

Am not a registered patient here but have gone for blood tests a few times in the centre. The nurse is extremely rude and arrogant. Took my daughter this morning and when the number came up it took a few seconds to get up and make our way to her room in which time she had buzzed the next patient. Literally within seconds. She was very abrupt and told us that she has no time to wait around as it's a busy clinic. I'm appauld at her behaviour as I explained it had been a mere few seconds. She then went on to say people are fasting and she needs to be fast. The nurse is a regular staff member as this is not the first time she has been abrupt. No respect for patients at all. Disgusting attitude. Would not recommend this health centre to anyone. Tried calling the number only to be told that the number advertised is only for those using the upstairs surgery!!
